Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Refund Policy:

a. Registration Fees:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable after Jan 01, 2024.
  • Refunds requested before 15th December 2023 will be subject to a processing fee of 10%.

b. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and supportive documents should be submitted.


2. Cancellation Policy:

a. Registration Cancellation:

  • To cancel your registration, please notify us in writing at no later than 05 Jan, 2024.
  • Cancellations received after Jan 01, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Procedure for Refund Request:

a. Send an email to with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name as per registration]”.

b. Provide the following information in the email:

  • Full Name
  • Registration Receipt
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Supporting Documentation (if applicable)

c. Our team will review your request and respond within two working days with further instructions.


4. Processing Time:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of approval.
